All prices are per weekly let (Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning) and include electricity, towels, linen and welcome pack and other items as stated on this website.

Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday. We do request that your arrival is after 1500 CET on the first day of your arrival and that departure is before 1000 CET on the last day. This allows us time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Please click here first to check that your preferred dates are available. Once you have checked the dates, please complete and forward the online booking form and send a non-refundable deposit of £100 to our UK address to secure the reservation. Your reservation will be held for seven days from receipt of the booking form, pending receipt of the deposit. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email. The balance will be due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

If we do not receive the booking form and deposit within the seven day period then we cannot guarantee that your preferred dates will still be available.

The remaining balance is payable no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date.

We do not require a deposit for breakages upon arrival. An honesty box is provided in the cottage and we leave it to guests to give a donation for any breakages that may occur. During high season no additional charge is made for electricity. An additional charge of 15 Euro per week is made during low season as a contribution towards additional electricity used for heating.
